Open Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
Status: Open

  • Provide timely, empathetic support to our customers via email and chat
  • Resolve order issues, returns, and general inquiries
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and tech teams to improve the user experience
  • Excellent written communication skills required

2. Social Media & Content Creator
Status: Open

  • Plan and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging
  • Photography, video editing, and Canva/Photoshop skills a plus

3. Product Listing & E-commerce Assistant
Status: Coming Soon

  • Manage and optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
  • Write engaging product descriptions
  • Upload product images and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms preferred

Internships & Freelance Opportunities
